Intermittent fasting, where you limit your food intake to a certain period of time per day, seems to be the latest health craze and is credited with all kinds of benefits. Dr. Chris Lundstrom of the School of Kinesiology at the U of M joined Dave on The Roadhouse to explain more about the new trend.
