Drive-Through Flu Shot events

Sawtooth Mountain Clinic is hosting a series of drive-through flu shot events.  Upcoming dates include:
                                               
Thursday, September 24 at Birch Grove Clinic 8 -9:30 am  &  3:30-5:30 pm

Plein Air Grand Marais

Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery with the Outdoor Painters of Minnesota is showing an exhibit of works created outdoors for the Plein Air Grand Marais Exhibit.  The exhibit will run through October 10.  Gallery hours are Fridays from 1-4 pm and Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm.  More information at pleinairgrandmarais.org, or by phone at (218) 387-2314.

AEOA food distribution event

Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency will hold a food distribution event on Wednesday, September 30 at noon.  The distribution will take place at Zoar Church in Tofte (7241 Highway 61).

Tread Lightly Off-Road forest clean-up

The Tread Lightly Off-Road group is planning a second clean up event on Saturday, October 3. Anyone who wants to take part is invited to meet at the Cook County courthouse at 10:00 a.m. Tread Lightly Off-Road will supply garbage bags. Volunteers are asked to bring gloves and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, provide their own transportation.
