What is the Radio Fund?

The WTIP Community Radio Fund is a permanent fund established in 2004 through the Cook County Community Fund. This fund was created to provide earnings now and into the future for the ongoing operation of our radio station. As the fund grows, so too will the earnings that WTIP receives each year, enabling us to keep providing and expanding the timely local information and entertainment you have come to rely on and enjoy.

How to contribute?

There are many ways to contribute, either now or in the future through your estate plan; as a memorial gift to remember a loved one; or to honor a special day, like a marriage, birthday or anniversary. Contributions may be given as cash, stocks or real estate. Most importantly, your gift will ensure that WTIP, a valuable community asset, remains healthy and strong far into the future.
