Greetings from extremely Northern Minnesota!-WTIP 90.7 FM is a community station located in Grand Marais, Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior.- Each week volunteer DJs handpick a variety of folk music-We aim to represent all quality musicians.-In other words we don't care how big or small you are -we just want to play good folk!-On Mondays at 4:00 PM Billie Foster brings an hour of traditional and contemporary Native American music on First Nation's Time.-On Thursdays our evening starts at 7:00 with three hours of folk music on Thirsty Boots.-From Celtic and bluegrass to singer/songwriters and Americana -you'll hear it all on Thirsty Boots.-Folk music is programmed quite regularly on North Shore Radio on our non-specialty shows like The Monday Night Mix, The AM & PM Community Calendar Program Guide and the Roadhouse.
