WTIP North Shore Community Radio will hold its annual membership meeting Tuesday, May 10 at Voyageur Brewing Company in Grand Marais. The meeting will begin at 5 pm with social hour and appetizers, followed with a business meeting at 5:30 pm, and a presentation by Mike Stewart of the National Weather Service at 6 pm. Cook County adventurers Dave and Amy Freeman are spending a year in the wilderness. They paddled out in early September for a 365 day trip. On a regular basis they’ll be sharing some of their experiences traveling the BWCAW. WTIP will be broadcasting those observations, experiences, good times and difficulties as the seasons progress.
