Sugarbush Trails, Lutsen-Tofte
12/4: Soft packed base, snowing now.Over 20" of new snow has fallen in the last week as snow continues to fall. Rolling and packing of the new snow is in progress and will continue all day today. Trails will be soft until the snow sets up. Grooming will occur after the snowfall stops and the snow sets.

Norpine Trails, Lutsen
12/4: Formal trail reports will begin December 12. With 12 inches of dense, dry snow over the last few days, the trails will be rolled and packed this week and groomed by next weekend (December 13).

11/30: Conditions: 4-6", strictly DYI ...early season "skiing".
Pincushion Mountain Trails, Grand Marais
12/2: Conditions: 32 degrees and snowing. Trails are rolled but need more snow to set a track and to get a flat skate deck. Used my classic no wax skis and had a good ski for early December. Some tall grass and raspberries sticking through snow but no rocks or gravel.

Banadad Ski Trails, Gunflint Trail
12/4: There are eight inches of snow on the ground with more on the way. Groomers are out on the trail getting it ready for the ski season.

Upper Gunflint Trails
12/4: There is about a foot of snow on the ground and it is snowing again. Groomers hope to pack the trails after this additional dump, which means there is a potential to start cross-country skiing in mid-December.
