The Cook County Invasive Team works to control the introduction and spread of invasive species across the county.   WTIP's Jana Berka spoke with the coordinator of the Cook County Invasive Species Team, Angelique Edgerton, about a new species showing up in Cook County -- dalmatian toadflax.

Angelique will also be discussing invasive species at the Minnesota Forestry Association ‘field day’ this weekend at the Cloquet Forestry Center, and the Team will be offering plant identification hikes starting in June at various locations in Cook County.

More information is available from Angelique at 387-3772.
