Buck spoke July 27 with Chuck Samuelson, executive director of the MN chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which recently released a report on the growing domestic use of unmanned aircraft for surveillance. They discussed how this increasing use of drones to watch and collect information on American citizens could affect our privacy and liberties.
