More and more, some employers are asking potential job candidates for access to their personal Facebook pages. While some feel like this is an invasion of privacy, others feel that since employees represent a company in all aspects of their life, their actions should be monitored to ensure appropriate behavior. UMD College in the Schools Writing student Sarissa Falk is taking a closer look at this topic for her Night of the Notorious research, and she joined us on the show this week to share what she's learned so far.
