LAKE TROUT - Still incredible action on the Lakers. Slow trolling in 30 feet of water is how a lot of fisherman are going after them. Also a jig and a minnow is reporting success. Lakes to try: Saganaga, Seagull, Gunflint, and Duncan.

Other stream trout such as RAINBOWS and BROOKIES are being taken on Crawlers in about 15 feet of water. Some suggested lakes include: Leo, Trout, Moss, Esther, and Mink.

And for you Lake Superior fisherman there are reports that the SALMON are hitting around Grand Marais harbor -- trolling spoons in about 80 feet of water. There are some real beauts being caught right now.
