Buck chatted Nov. 23 with Paula Johnson, curator at the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C., about their brand-new exhibit, "Food: Transforming the American Table 1950-2000," which features Julia Child's kitchen, among other things. The exhibit examines some of the big changes in food and wine in postwar America.
