The Cook County Food Shelf is open every Monday afternoon from 3 to 5 PM in the lower level of First Congregational Church UCC in Grand Marais. The food shelf also is open the first Wednesday night of each month from 5 to 7 PM. In addition to food for people, the food shelf accepts and distributes food for pets. The food shelf serves as a NAPS program for elders and WIC small bags distribution site. The church is located at 300 West Second Street.
