This edition of WTIP's ongoing series, Behind the Work features international worker Natalie Stanton-Peterson. Natalie grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and St. Thomas, and currently lives in Lutsen, Minnesota. She works as a chef and food service manager at Lockport in Lutsen and as a line cook at Chez Jude in Grand Marais. She has spent 16 months living in Cook County, and plans to return to Jamaica in November.
