AEOA Rural Rides

Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) sponsors Rural Rides, a program for those experiencing transportation difficulties. Community Invasives Shed Training

Sugarloaf Cove holds a community invasives shed training Tuesday, July 24 at 6 p.m.  The Community Forest Restoration Shed at Sugarloaf Cove houses tools, herbicide application equipment, and herbicides that are available for anyone to use. Anyone who would like to use herbicides must participate in a two-hour training on herbicides, safety, and invasive plants of the North Shore. During the training, participants will learn how herbicides work, how to apply herbicides correctly and safely and alternate control methods.  Pre-registration is required.
